More information of dental air polisher

For dental air polisher,In my opinion, both should be used more in general and pediatric practices. I will know about more information of dental air polisher.

Air polishing was first introduced to the North American dental profession in the 1970s as an effective means of quickly and easily removing extrinsic stains and soft debris from tooth surfaces.

To do this, a new powder was needed that was significantly less abrasive than sodium bicarbonate yet effective for biofilm removal. Glycine powder is 80 percent less abrasive, safe on oral tissues and root surfaces, effective for biofilm removal, and comfortable for the patient.

Air polishing research has taken an interesting turn, focusing more recently on subgingival biofilm removal to control disease, rather than stain removal for aesthetic reasons.

Tooth decay is one of the most important points

Everyone known that One of the most important points at medorder about tooth decay is that you don't always recognize it when it's in the early stages.

It’s important to see your dentist or dental hygienist regularly for a thorough cleaning and oral exam, in addition to following a consistent oral care routine of twice-daily toothbrushing and daily flossing.

Whether decayed teeth cause a toothache depends on where they're located. A cavity in the tooth enamel doesn't cause pain.

In fact, you won't notice that you have a dental equipment europe until the decay reaches the dentin, the softer mid-layer of a tooth that lies between the enamel and the pulp.

If you have a tooth removed due to severe decay, it's important to practice good oral hygiene and follow your dentist's instructions for keeping the gum tissue clean while you consider options for a replacement tooth or teeth.

Brief introduction Kerr's Demi Ultra Curing Light

CAO pioneered LED technology for dental curing lights. LEDs are rapidly becoming the light source of choice for dental curing lights. To date, CAO has been granted thirty-one US and international patents relating to LED dental curing lights, and has many pending patents.

This new complaint alleges that Kerr’s Demi Ultra LED dental curing light infringes on eight of the patents in the CAO LED curing light patent portfolio. Combined with a previously filed complaint, CAO has asserted twelve patent infringements against several of Kerr’s LED curing lights.

CAO’s innovative technology developments include LED structures, heat management, and broadband wavelength emissions to cure all types of composites and adhesives. CAO’s patents and technology have gained the respect of the dental industry, and multiple industry-leading dental companies have licensed CAO’s patented curing light technology for use in their own LED curing lights.

In addition to being a pioneer in LED curing technology, CAO has established expertise in the design, development, and manufacture of dental equipment and materials. CAO conducts extensive research to develop new technologies and to enhance its products for the benefit of dentists throughout the world.

ACTIVA products with teeth and saliva to enhance dental health

Dental professionals have become accustomed to seeing bold claims made on behalf of dozens of new dental products each year, yet few if any of those products end up living up to their promises or making a meaningful impact on the practice of dentistry.

Every so often, however, a new product line truly deserves to be called a breakthrough.”  ACTIVA restorative and base/liner, which were launched today by Pulpdent Corporation at the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting, are one such product line.

Now ACTIVA bioactive restorative makes it possible to create restorations that actively release and exchange calcium, phosphate and fluoride ions while being dynamic with the function of the tooth.

The key to performance of ACTIVA products is the fact that they are formulated with a bioactive resin matrix and bioactive fillers.  In fact, ACTIVA is the only product the U.S. Food & Drug Administration has allowed to make this claim, which means that ACTIVA represents an entirely new category of bioactive dental products.

Up until now, the materials available to dental professionals for restoring a tooth have done little more than plug a hole.  Amalgam, composite and glass ionomer restoratives have had little in common with the tooth structure they replaced other than the shape and perhaps the color.
